HUMOR: Philippine wildlife and lowlife - the lame duck

Petrus Cayetanix Bombasticus is a species of lame duck prone to flapping its wings and squawking a lot. It is especially noisy when a senate investigation touches flood control projects in Taguig. When given power it likes pounding the table and yelling "the senate is under a quack" but finds out that nobody is listening and it actually doesn't have hands.
